Whether you're seeking advice for skin concerns, hair concerns, aesthetic treatments or wellness therapies, our consultations provide the opportunity to thoroughly assess your concerns and discuss the most appropriate evidence-based options available to you.
Your initial consultation may include:
A comprehensive clinical assessment relevant to your concerns
Review of your medical history, current medications and previous treatments
Assessment of your current skincare, haircare or wellness routine where applicable
Clinical photography and diagnostic imaging (such as VISIA Skin Analysis or trichoscopy) where clinically indicated
Discussion of suitable treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, ongoing care and associated costs
A personalised treatment plan designed to support your long-term health and treatment goals
This consultation forms the foundation of your care, ensuring recommendations are clinically appropriate, individualised and aligned with your goals.
Ongoing Care
Our commitment extends beyond your initial appointment. Following your consultation, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan outlining our clinical recommendations, expected outcomes and options for ongoing care.
Where clinically appropriate, diagnostic imaging such as VISIA Skin Analysis or trichoscopy may be repeated during follow-up appointments to objectively monitor your progress over time.
Returning patients can conveniently schedule follow-up consultations and treatments through The Derm Clinic App.
Telehealth consultations are available for selected follow-up appointments where clinically appropriate.
The Derm Clinic is a private billing practice. Medicare rebates may be available for eligible consultations where clinically appropriate and Medicare criteria are met. Cosmetic consultations and treatments are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
Your Patient Portal
After your initial appointment you will be able to track your progress, previous treatments and make specific treatment bookings as per your treatment plan through your patient portalonline or via the recently launched Derm Clinic App.

Booking Terms
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless in exceptional circumstances.

Age Policy
Skin Health and Acne consultations are available for patients aged 16 and over (a parent or guardian must be available to provide consent if under 18).
Aesthetic procedures at are reserved for those 18 and above, in accordance with regulatory standards and treatments remain at the discretion of the treating clinician.
