  • Review of your current skincare and guidance on optimising your regimen

  • A discussion of treatment options, expected outcomes, ongoing care, and associated costs

This consultation forms the foundation for your personalised skin health plan. It ensures your treatment is clinically appropriate, tailored to your needs, and allows us to monitor your progress over time.

Consultation Fee: $109, payable at the time of booking.

Ongoing care, tailored to you.

Our commitment to your skin health extends beyond a single appointment. Following your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed treatment plan that outlines our clinical recommendations, expected outcomes, and options for ongoing care.

As a returning client, you can conveniently schedule follow-up appointments and treatments through The Derm Clinic App.

VISIA skin analysis is not only used as part of your initial assessment. It is also incorporated into your ongoing care as a diagnostic tool to establish a baseline and objectively monitor your skin over time.

Telehealth is available for follow-up skin health consultations where clinically appropriate.

Your Patient Portal

After your initial appointment you will be able to track your progress, previous treatments and make specific treatment bookings as per your treatment plan through your patient portal online or via the soon to be launched Derm Clinic App.

Booking Terms

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit fully refunded or transferred to a future booking.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless in exceptional circumstances.

Age Policy

  • Skin Health and Acne consultations are available for patients aged 16 and over (a parent or guardian must be available to provide consent if under 18).

  • Aesthetic procedures at are reserved for those 18 and above, in accordance with regulatory standards and treatments remain at the discretion of the treating clinician.
